1. About the Service

UNI CARDS is an online Tarot card reading platform. Users may draw digital Tarot cards to receive guidance, reflection, and inspiration. The Service is intended for entertainment, personal development, and spiritual exploration purposes only.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration You must register with a valid email address. One account per person is permitted. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform.

You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Paid Plans Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, prices, and features are described on our pricing page. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT.

4.2 Billing Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your chosen plan. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal.

4.3 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

4.4 Refunds Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital services, provided you have not yet begun using the paid features. Once digital content delivery has commenced with your consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply. Refund requests outside this window are considered case by case. 4.5 Cooldown Resets Readings are subject to cooldown periods that limit how frequently the same reading may be drawn. Resetting a cooldown is considered a misuse of the Service and is therefore subject to a penalty charge. If you choose to reset a cooldown, you may purchase a one-time reset ('spell') for that specific reading, which will be delivered to your registered email address. Each spell has a limited validity period and will expire after that period, whether or not it has been used; once expired, a new spell must be purchased. As this is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply and reset charges are non-refundable.

4.6 Price Changes We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any subscription price changes. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload harmful, offensive, or spam content
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on UNI CARDS — including Tarot card imagery, interpretations, written content, design, and software — is the property of UNI CARDS or its licensors and is protected by EU intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Tarot readings
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• Fitness for any particular purpose

Tarot readings are symbolic and interpretive in nature. We do not claim to predict the future or provide factual guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNI CARDS shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on Tarot readings from our platform
• Loss of data or service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
